All parcels are sent via Australia Post. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Postage is a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide. (Linen and small accessories only). When purchasing large or bulky items, Lilly and Lolly will contact you once your order has been placed to advise postage cost.

Furniture:
If purchasing our furniture online delivery will not be charged at checkout. You may either request a quote online or continue to purchase through our website. Lilly and Lolly will contact you to confirm your order and advise freight charges to your area.

Exchange/Refund Policy:
Refunds/Exchanges are authorised if your order is returned within 14 days after receipt of goods, unused and unwashed. Please attach your invoice copy. Please note there are no refunds on Sale items. Refunds apply in accordance with consumer legislation and in the case of faulty garments.
