As your order has it's own individual dispatchment date, please call our customer service at Head Office to receive an accurate delivery date. All items in stock will be sent within 1 week from the date of placement - You will be advised after ordering if any of your items are delayed.

Christmas Orders
Please place all monogramming orders by December 3rd to ensure you receive your order for Christmas.

Exchange/Refund Policy
Refunds/Exchanges are authorised if your order is returned within 14 days after receipt of goods, unused and unwashed. Please attach your invoice copy. Please note there are no refunds on Sale items. Refunds apply in accordance with consumer legislation and in the case of faulty garments.
