Great for sleepovers!  These trundle beds slide easily in and out from under our kid's beds.   If you want that extra bed, without too much extra expense, this is a great idea!  Also, consider using the trundle as a 'toybox' instead as it is a huge space for storing those extra toys kids can accumulate.  This comes as a fully constructed item of furniture and does not need to be assembled as it is handcrafted in Australia.
